Trex Decking & Railing Rebate REBATE OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

  1. OFFER PERIOD: October 1 – October 31, 2023 All Trex decking & railing must be purchased between 10/1/23 and 10/31/23 to qualify.
  2. QUALIFYING PURCHASES & REBATE VALUE:
    You must purchase Trex Select or Trex Transcend to qualify for the rebate. The rebate values include: Trex Select
    Decking only: $2 Rebate/deck board
    Decking & Railing: $4 Rebate/deck board    Trex TranscendsDecking only: $4 Rebate/deck board Decking & Railing: $6 Rebate/deck board

    To qualify for the $2/board extra for adding railing; both decking and railing must be purchased together on the same invoice. This promo is for residential jobs only. Commercial projects are excluded from this promotion. All orders must be paid in full to receive a rebate.

  3. HOW TO SUBMIT REBATE CLAIMS:Eligible customers (individuals or companies) should go to:www.fairvu.com/trexrebate

    OR

    Mail in Rebate with the following:
    a. A legible, fully completed Rebate Form. b. Copy of original sales receipts

    Mail the completed required documentation to: Fairview Millwork, Attn: Lori Manning, 100 Pearl St., Bridgewater, MA 02324 within 90 Days of the final invoice date. To confirm receipt of your rebate documentation, please email Lori Manning at [email protected] Fairview Millwork is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail by the delivery or postal service.

  4. REBATE CLAIM FILING DEADLINE:Eligible rebate claims must be postmarked by or received at Fairview Millwork within 90 Days of the final invoice date.
  5. REBATE PAYMENTPayment of approved rebate claims will be mailed within 3-4 weeks after receipt of claim. All rebate claims will be paid by check, in US dollars and mailed via regular first class mail.
  6. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONSAs required by the IRS, a 1099 must be issued to all customers that are not registered as a company or a corporation for rebates greater that $600.00 per calendar year. This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Misuse of this rebate request constitutes fraud.
